Mission Partners

As a church we want to support mission both at home and abroad.

In 2021 we began supporting the work of Seoras and Sarah through OM – “Having served the Lord among peoples from the Middle East and Central Asia for 14 years both in the East and in the West, Seoras and Sarah are hoping to start a new chapter of ministry in Western Asia. The aim is to be part of a team developing a hub that focuses on recruiting, training and equipping national believers in gospel ministry that reaches out across national and cultural boundaries. Please pray for the development of this work and for all the practicalities of moving and setting up life in a new country. We are supporting Merkinch Free Church in Inverness.
Merkinch is one of the oldest parts of Inverness and the home of many families for generations. Despite the strong sense of community, this area is now classified by the government as the 8th most deprived area in Scotland. The needs are complex, and we believe the gospel is “the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes”(Rom 1:12). Merkinch Free Church is a church plant led by Rev. Chris Davidson in partnership with 20Schemes. They want to be a local church that brings the hope of Jesus to their scheme.

We also support Blythswood Care. Blythswood is a Christian charity, with a mission to transform lives through the impact of education, community action and gospel activities. They also run the Highland Food Bank which provides a minimum of three days emergency food and support to local people in crisis.

Kiltarlity Free Church supports the work of Young Life International, an outreach organization that aims to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. The ministry focuses on volunteer leaders spending time in the community building relationships with young people; which leads to running youth activities, hosting bible studies, and mentoring young people. Some Kiltarlity Free Church members are actively volunteering with the local Young Life International ministry.
